Creating Your Professional Speaker One-sheet:


With each new One-sheet design inquiry I often get asked from the client what do I need to do?

Well the process is really quite easy, and not as difficult as you may think!


My one sheet design rate is 375 USD and this is a flat rate that will at no time change due to revisions or time involved, so right off the cuff you are aware of your financial investment.


I always request the following information from my clients, all contained in a word document:

  • A short two paragraph bio
  • Your keynote topics with a brief, one or two lines of description. Three topics is an ideal amount but we can place up to five if you wish. The descriptions of your keynotes should be short and to the point. I will then let others know on the one sheet that further descriptions and keynote presentations can be viewed on your web site
  • 3 or 4 powerful testimonials is usually all you will need,  as you do not want to clutter up your one sheet with too much text
  • Contact information including: phone number, email and website address.
  • Any books you may have written or CD/DVD programs you sell online, for this I will need product images at a very high quality
  • Three or Four images of you, one casual image always adds a bit of personality to the page. These images need to be a high resolution format. The weight of the image file should be close to if not over 1mb. If you have never had professional images taken, digital photographs you take yourself are also very easy to work with, I can edited out and change backgrounds
  • If you have a logo you curently use I will need the source file of this logo

This will be enough to get me started. If you have a current website you are happy with I will follow all the visual branding on that site and keep the color consistent. If not I will start a fresh visual branding for you.

So when all is said and done what does your 325 dollar investment get you?

  • A lightweight pdf file that is easy to email out and to have downloaded from your website
  • A high quality print file with full color bleed, that is sized to meet the requirements of any printer
  • A word source document of your one sheet that you can edit yourself at any time in the future to change the wording for a specific target audience. When you make these changes I will for no extra charge create your pdf file for you, if the changes are minimal.
  • Listing on my Professional Speakers Design page, which will display your headshot which links to your work, and also a live link to your website
  • Frequent promotion on my Facebook biz page as we work together, and then some
  • The main design of your one sheet is created in Adobe Photshop and Illustrator and elements are then transferred to word. This insures ultimate print quality files.
  • All your source files will be provided to you if you wish, or available to you at anytime you request them
